How many days will it take to receive my order?
Ground shipping normally takes 1-5 business days, depending on your location. Please let us know when you need to receive your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
What are my shipping options?
We ship via UPS and US Postal Service.
We offer UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, and Ground. US Postal Service Express Mail, Priority Mail (including Flat Rates), Parcel Post and First Class.
Saturday delivery is also available, subject to shipping location.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive confirmation of your shipment, including your tracking number via email. You can also login to your account to check the status of your order.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
Shipping charges are calculated by weight and quantity of your items.
The shopping cart calculates the weight of your order and allows you to choose your best shipping option.
What if my order does not arrive on time?
Awards Gallery LLC is not responsible for delays or damage caused by freight carriers. We will make every effort to correct the problem. Please call Customer Service for assistance.
Can I pick up my order?
Orders can be picked-up at our location in Copperas Cove, Texas. We will contact you when your order is complete.
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY
1. If you wish to cancel your order:
1.3 Upon receipt of the products we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
1.4 The rights to return the products to us as referred to in clause 1.3 will not apply in the following circumstances:

- you can notify us by email to service@awards-gallery.com before we have shipped or started production of the products for you; or
- where products have already been shipped to you, by returning products to us.

- in the event that the product has been used.
- to any products that we have made or customized specifically for you
